At Marriage Self-Help, we are committed to providing high-quality educational self-help resources. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase, as our products are delivered digitally.
Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads)
All digital products — including eBooks, PDFs, worksheets, and downloadable resources — are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, the sale is final. Due to the nature of digital content, these items cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, previews, and sample materials (if available) prior to purchasing.
Online Courses
Refund Eligibility
Self-paced online courses may be eligible for a refund within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the purchase date
- Less than 25% of the course content has been accessed or completed
- No course completion certificates have been issued
- Refunds are not available after substantial course content has been accessed or after the refund window has expired.
Non-Refundable Courses
Certain courses may be designated as non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Live or cohort-based courses
- Courses with immediate full access to all materials
- Courses clearly marked “non-refundable” at checkout
Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading a product, please contact us. We are happy to assist with technical issues or access problems.

Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund but will be resolved promptly whenever possible.
No Physical Returns
Marriage Self-Help does not sell physical products on the site. As such:
- No items can be shipped back
- No return shipping applies
- No exchanges are offered
All print and ebooks purchased through Amazon are subject to the Amazon returns policy.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless required by law
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may delay resolution and result in loss of access to purchased content. We encourage customers to reach out directly so we can assist.
